HOW TO ORDER

Choose a style.
Choose a colour.
Select the width of the leather.
Select either brass or chrome fittings.
Take your dog's neck measurement (see below).

PRODUCTION TIMES

All items are hand cut and hand stitched, therefore your order takes time to make.
Orders will be dispatched between 6 to 8 weeks.
During times of high demand we will inform you of any delay.

In stock items are dispatched the same week.

We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Please note: Orders placed online using PayPal, payment is taken when the order is placed.
Orders placed by telephone, payment is taken the week the order goes into production.

RETURNS

None faulty items are only returnable at the discretion of Hide and collars.

All items are made to order and size, if an incorrect measurement should be given a charge of 25% for re-make may be charged, so please ensure all measurements are correct.

If your item is faulty through a fault of material or fittings or in the making of the item then please call for a returns authorisation.

Refunds are only given on items proven to be faulty.

All items are sent by signed-for mail, with overseas items being additionally sent using AirMail.

If ordering online, PayPal applies UK postage rates, so if you are an overseas customer,
we will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference.

How to measure your dog's neck

Traditional collars and hound and whippet collars.

Place a soft measure around the mid section of the dog's neck, and place two fingers between the measure and the neck (one on top of the other, not side by side). In the case of small dogs, and dogs with fine hair, one finger may be sufficient. This is the size to order.

Or you can measure a collar that fits your dog. Lay the collar out flat and measure from the tip of the buckle to the hole that is used. This is the size to order.

Half checks and show sets.

Please note that brass and chrome chains may mark light coloured coated dogs.

Place a soft measure up behind the ears and take a firm measurement (not tight). This is the size to order. The chain will open 4� inches (11 cm) to allow the collar to go over the head and drop to the base of the neck.

If the dog is still growing, be sure to mention this.
